Information provided pursuant to Articles 13-14 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

Dear Sir/Madam,

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting persons and other subjects in relation to the processing of personal data, we hereby inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of the Processing

The data provided by you will be used for the purpose and for the purpose of informing you about the activities and news related to the project “Visit Nuceria”.

2. Methods of Processing

The methods with which personal data will be processed include storage on computer systems available to the Manager Municipality of Nocera Superiore. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

3. Provision of data

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory in order to provide updates on the activities and developments of the project “Visit Nuceria”.

4. Communication and dissemination of data

The data provided will not be subject to communication or dissemination to third parties, except for sharing with subjects directly involved in the implementation of the project “Visit Nuceria”.

5. Data Controller

The data controller is Municipality of Nocera Superiore with headquarters in Corso Giacomo Matteotti, 23, 84015, Nocera Superiore (SA), PEC protocollo@pec.comune.nocera-superiore.sa.it. It is possible to know an updated version of this document and the updated list of data controllers, by contacting the owner or the manager indicated above directly.

6. Rights of the interested party

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

1. request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

2. obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;

3. obtain the rectification and erasure of data;

4. obtain the restriction of processing;

5. obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;

6. object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;

7. object to an automated decision-making process relating to individuals, including profiling;

8. ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;

9. withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;

10. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
